Your room or apartment will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10.30 a.m.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total package rate must be paid by bank transfer within 8 days of making your booking. Your booking is considered binding as soon as we have received your deposit.

All rates quoted are per person per night including half board and VAT. Rates do not include the tourist tax of €2.60 per person (aged 14+) per night, which must be paid directly at the hotel.

The tourist tax of €2.60 per person (aged 14+) per night set by the Province of South Tyrol is payable directly at the hotel. This tax is used for the improvement and maintenance of the village, its infrastructure, and attractions.

The following children’s rates and discounts apply for children staying in their parents’ room (from 2 adults in a double room).

• 0 – 2.9 years old: €20.00 per child per night
• 3 – 4.9 years old: €30.00 per child per night
• 5 – 11.9 years old: €50.00 per child per night
• 12 – 15.9 years old: 30% discount on the regular rate per person per night

For stays with bed and breakfast only, we offer a discount of €10.00 per person per night on the half-board rate. You can add an additional dinner to your booking for €35.00 per person, subject to availability.

The following rates and supplements apply for single use of a double room:

• Zielspitz Comfort and Bergzauber Superior rooms: 30% supplement on the rate per person per night
• Meran(o) View M, Meran(o) View L, Mountain Deluxe, Alpin-Romantic Superior, Panorama Junior Suite, and Alpin & Style Suite: €15.00 off the rate for 2 people per night

The following cancellation conditions apply to your booking:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded.
• From the 8th to the 4th week before arrival, cancellation is also free of charge. In this case, however, your deposit will be converted into a credit note, which you can use for bookings within the next 18 months. If you do not make another booking, we will retain the deposit as a processing fee.
• From 4 weeks before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total package rate will be due.
• From 1 week before arrival, plus in the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package rate will be charged.

We’re certain that there’s no way you want to miss out on your booked holiday. However, life sometimes has different plans and something unforeseen happens. To cover you for this eventuality, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung using the form below.

We accept payment with debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfer in advance. For cash payments, please bear in mind the legal limit of €4,999.99 in Italy.

The Südtirol Guest Pass is included in the cost of your stay. This digital guest card gives you numerous benefits and discounts:

• Free use of all public transport (bus and train) throughout South Tyrol
• Free travel on public cable cars in South Tyrol, including the cable cars to Vöran, Mölten, Jenesien, Mt Colle/Kohlern, Mt Renon/Ritten, the Renon/Ritten tramway, and the Mt Mendola/Mendel cable car (private cable cars not included)
• Free admission or attractive discounts at numerous attractions throughout South Tyrol
