Guests often stop and marvel at the splendour of the flowers and the lovely decorations in and around our hotel. What they often don’t realise is that it’s not only the handiwork of the gardener, but above all senior hotelier Margret – with a trained eye, a good feel for shapes and colours, and a fine instinct for creating the right atmosphere. Watering the plants every day? That’s Margret’s job – because our charismatic senior hotelier enjoys doing it herself. Early in the morning, when everything’s still quiet and peaceful, with a whole lot of love and a smile on her face. If you’re not careful, you might also get a little splash from the garden hose. Delivered with a mischievous smile.
